| Alkimia is one of the most popular and highly creative restaurants in Barcelona. The owner Jordi Vilá created a menu that combines the traditional Catalan cuisine with new ideas and flavors. The restaurant is elegant and minimalist decorated and offers a great atmosphere to spend a different and great evening. Try out some new dishes like Rice with Nyores (a type of dried red pepper) or the splendous steak tartar. Whatever you will order, let it be starters, main dishes, dessert or wine, the restaurant is prepared for everything – so is the service which is quite attentive. The restaurant was recently given a Michelin star. |
